Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of BTV Bartlesville Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or website.

Services Provided

BTV Bartlesville Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to concrete driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and commercial concrete work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided by the customer and site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required.

Payment terms will be specified in your written contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided in your contract. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.

Concrete work is weather-dependent and cannot be performed safely in certain conditions including freezing temperatures, heavy rain, or extreme heat. We will reschedule affected work as soon as conditions permit.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals, and ensuring clear access to the work area. You must inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features before work begins.

You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area for safety. You are responsible for protecting landscaping, structures, and personal property outside the immediate work zone.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties as specified in your written contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks due to shrinkage and settling. These hairline cracks are normal and not covered under warranty. We use proper reinforcement and control joints to minimize cracking, but we cannot guarantee crack-free concrete.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract price of your project. We carry comprehensive insurance, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities if they were not properly marked by the appropriate utility locating service.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus any costs already incurred. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may forfeit the deposit to cover materials ordered and scheduling losses.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Most issues can be resolved through open communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
